Restorative Yoga is calm, relaxing, and slow paced. We open up the body and relax the muscles through passive stretching, holding each pose for about five minutes. We will utilize many props, such as blocks, straps, blankets, in order to make the pose as comfortable as possible. This will allow you to go deeper into each posture and fully benefit from each pose. This is a great class to take after a long stressful day, or after a high impact workout.
